super versatile and easy to cut into shape to fit perfectly into your project. It’s transparent but has a smoked tinted effect available in a number of colours, but still offers optical clarity and looks impressive in ambient light. Offering many similarities to glass, amber tinted acrylic is UV stable and easy to machine, yet much safer than glass with impact resistance and a more durable finish making it ideal for high footfall areas or heavy duty signage and stands. This tinted perspex is a suitable material for motorbike windscreens, shop fittings and splashbacks thanks to the hard wearing material, but is also often used for secondary glazing, exhibition stands and light diffuser panels as the plastic is aesthetically pleasing and looks great in a number of settings.
